Sadly the Quarterly may be forced into a holding pattern on account of Health issues that are far beyond my control. We will honor the release of the second issue, and then if we are unable to put out the third in a timely manor will shall refund all remaining balances to those that have subscribed with us. We shall also refund the balance of all ad monies for the terms that are not completed.

We are not going to be able to take on any new subscribers at this time.

With the greatest of hopes we pray that things will turn toward the positive side of outcomes and this will not happen. Only time and many tests will tell. We will keep you all posted. We respect and honor the support you have all shown towards this project.
